This permit application is to be used only by people with a valid reason to require a parking permit at ECU campuses, for example PIBT Staff, Student village residents.
If you are an ECU staff member or student, please login with your ECU Login ID to apply for permits.

The granting of a parking permit does not entitle the holder to the use of any particular parking bay, nor does the University guarantee that parking will always be available.
I hereby undertake to comply with the Land and Traffic By-Laws of the University,
I acknowledge that the University grants this parking permit on the condition that it is not liable or responsible in any way for the safekeeping or safe custody of any vehicle or its contents while the vehicle is parked, left standing, or being driven on the University land including any loss or damage arising from any negligent acts or omissions by the University, its employees, agents or contractors.
